Please help me ID!!!

So I've had this tailspot blenny for 2 months now without any issues, eats like a pig, today I wake up to the blenny and it has this weird patch on its side, please help me ID what this crap is! She is always scraping that area against the rocks and bites that area as well as if it's itchy and bothering her...

Was the fish quarantined and or has anything new "wet" been added to the tank in the last 30 days or so? Is the fish still eating? Any other behaviors like avoiding light, swimming into powerhead or flows, heavy breathing?

It looks more like Brooklynella than anything else I can think of. Usually considered a disease of clownfish, but any fish can fall victim.

My first thought was also flukes. Something is causing the itching and should be addressed before the slight bacterial infection gets worse.
