Please help me identify these

Those are aiptasia anemones, which are a pest species that will multiply fast and sting corals.
Best thing to do is kill them (commonly done by injecting kalkwasser paste into the mouth) or buy something that eats them (peppermint shrimp or berghia nudibranches).

On frags, live rock, macro algae from another tank lots of ways.
