Please help me identify these

so I got my first tank ever on Craigslist and have had it for a few weeks now. So I have two corrals that it came with and I don't know what they are. Please help me identify P.S I know they don't look the healthiest but they are doing a lot better then when I first got them.

Frogspawn & Fungia or plate coral = LPS

Wow, thanks for the super fast reply! Would you drag these out so they don't grow all over each other or just let it be?

Plate should be fine in the sand bed, if there are any heads of the frogspawn sitting in the sand I would prop them up some how.

You don't want to damage the heads.

Scrap pvc works great for a temporary holder for frogspon or any branching lps coral.
