Please help me know, friend or foe?

These have popped up in the last few weeks. They at first were just on the back wall, but I have noticed them now on the rock structure. They're only 1-2mm in diameter. Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Spirorbid Worms, harmless filter feeders, however they can multiply quickly and annoy corals if they overwhelm them. They generally self regulate their population based on how much nutrients are available in the tank. If they start to get out of hand overfeeding may be the cause.

Thank you so much! Guilty as charged... overfeeding could be triggering their population growth. Is there anything that likes to eat them?

Not really unfortunately...If they get out of hand, they can be scraped off. But if you cut back on your feeding, they should lower their numbers
