Hey guys, this is so unreal I can't believe this is happening. My family's prized cowfish that we affectionately named Clyde is on the brink of death. This morning, he was eating his mysis shrimp like he has been doing for the last 7 months. I just found him and it looks like the scales on his horns and right side have been removed. He is not moving unless I touch him. Could a pump have done this?!? Any input is helpful.
I have him in a net breeder for freshwater fish.

Not sure whether this thread belongs here or in fish disease but I'm in shock and crying on the inside. I really don't want to lose this fish.
