Was it from aggression from another fish or disease?
If aggression , ID the aggressor and separate to another tank or rehome. If disease we’ll need to ID the disease and treat.

Doesn't look like a disease to me, most likely aggression.
Are there other clowns in the tank, or perhaps any tangs that were in the tank before this clawn?
Eitherway - move her to your QT or sump & let her heal otherwise she will die. Clowns can handle a beating, but her tail is gone quite far, she'll recover in a QT or sump.
