My Coral beauty angelfish has a diease. Not sure what it is and need help. 2 clownfish have already died. What should I do for treat. Some please help ASAP.

We're gonna need a clear picture with some symptoms to make any headway. Try to take the picture with your white lights on only.

Those were the best pics I could take. Symptom are white dot but they look too small to be ick and what seems like heavier breathing.

It started yesterday. Water parameters were great . Don't know why this happened

Looks like a few different things going on there. Is the fish eating at all?

He is eating. Have not added fish in 2 weeks and he was the fish I add. Before then there were 2 clowns.

Are you able to set up a hospital tank? What sort of treatment options do you have ready?

Judging from what looks like damage on the fins it looks like a bacterial infection.

I'm also seeing some white spots. That, with the combination of the dead clownfish makes me believe that Marine Velvet is the root cause.

Do you have a QT/hospital tank you can set him up in?

Only medication I have is melafix and pimafix and have been dosing it for 2 days. I have an extra 10 gallon tank. Can I use that as a hospital tank and how should I set up.

That would be perfect.
Here is some good reading for you.

Bottom line, you need the tank, a heater, and a filter (I use HOB filters but sponge filters work). If you use a sponge filter you will want additional flow from a small powerhead. I find that an oversized HOB filter works best and provides enough flow for the fish. A Seachem ammonia alert badge is also very useful since medications can cause innacurate ammonia test readings.

Should I get some Super Ick cure by API from my petoc to use bc the melafix and pimafix are not really doing much.

If it’s a bacterial infection you will need an antibiotic.they should have that there to.
