That eye looks severely cloudy to me, there's some people here that will have a proper treatment for that, but that seems like it's been that way for a while?

Since today actually. I did 50% water change yesterday. And now it's more shy than before. Its first time experiencing water change, and went hiding in rocks whenever I come near. But still eating. When it hides, It keeps leaning by the rocks so I wonder if something on the rock infected it.

Looks like post injury from a scratch or diving into a rock as they normally do and scratching it.
You will need to treat it as soon as possible. Ethromycin is the treatment you will need also known as Maracyn /maracyn 1

Is there a reason you did a 50% change? Generally you should only be doing 20% or so for regular maintenance.

I did some googling (other people here will have better info than me, but I'll ask some questions)

Is the fish scratching itself on rocks or anything? This would be an indicator of flukes
If it isn't, this could be the indicator of an infection.

I'm not going to recommend any medicines, I'll let someone else with more experience tackle that, but I'll get them some of the information they need up front.

Ah I see...will visit Petco in the Morning. Thanks again bud!

I agree that it is likely an injury from running into a rock when it got scared during the water change.

Erythromycin/Maracyn is the standard treatment for that, but I am reluctant to dose that in a display tank.
If the fish's other eye remains fine, and it still eats well, I would be inclined to give it some time, these injuries often heal on their own.
