I just got this colony from a wholesaler yesterday and it started melting on me out of the bag (see left polyp). I iodine dipped as soon as I noticed, but the melting to the mouth has continued and left polyp is basically gone. There is another polyp and a baby on the rock, and neither of them have extended or moved since I got them. They are in direct flow now. I'm just worried the intact ones have been so shriveled up.

Photos from yesterday and just now.

Also when I dipped I saw a sea spider chewing on the healthy one's mesenterial filmanets which were showing yesterday. I'm wondering if these guys are getting eaten from inside the live rock by sea spiders? Maybe I should frag the healthy ones off and get them off this rock?

I dipped again, unfortunately infection already spread to the other one. But my supplier got me covered. Guess some things just aren't fixable.

Here's some pics from tonight. Left polyp blew clean off the rock. Fragged off the right polyp, you can see the filaments showing on the side that was touching the infected one.
