Please help my radion not working

Hi guys my radion g4 pro xr15 have blinking please help me.i did reset factory and not working , one night without power and still not working.

I found a thread with a similar issue and it was the power supply. Can you swap the power supply out?
Another threat mentioned to see if your fan was working.

Thank you for help.i use another power and no change and fan in xr15 not working always and we are in iran and cant reach ecotech or use warranty

The radions have to be with the fan always on or it will not turn on or just blink at, you have to change the fan
