Hello Everyone! I was rearranging my aquascape when I noticed something off with my hammer corals skeleton. The part I was unable to see from the viewing area of the display seems to be having some necrosis of the skeleton! This looks pretty bad… Any ideas or help? Thank you in advance!

I have had this hammer for over a year, have not noticed anything until now!

This coral appears to be hit with a bacterial issue.
An iodine or peroxide dip may or may not help the tissue depending on severity.
This often occurs when there is a lack of flow and light as well as High nitrate and phosphate and even low calcium.
Lower third of tank, moderate light and flow and calcium no less than 380 is favorable.
There is an instability in tank parameters causing this and may warrant an ICP test to give your tank a Water check-up

Will this spread to other LPS and corals? Do I need to be concerned for my whole tank?

While it can, it is rare that it does. A water change will help reduce any risk of exposure
