hey guys hope all is well noticed this in my tank last night. what is it!? what should I do!? it looks like some pink bubbly moldy substance

The stuff in the sand? Looks like mostly cyanobacteria with some other algae possibly mixed in.

I would start with siphoning it out, and possibly changing or adding some flow.
