40gal breeder: 2-clowns,1-goby,1-firefish,1-flame angel, 1 -pistol shrimp, 1- bta. No corals.
I can get a separate tank if I have too.
My lfs suggested 2 minutes fresh water dip and cleaner wrasse.

I don’t see any indication for a FW dip here, and definitely do not get a cleaner wrasse - they are very delicate and will only make the fin damage worse. Better to try antibiotics.
