Please Help Why are my Fish Dying From!

I have lost several fish in the last to weeks they can't swim correctly, its like they lost their equilibrium (upside down and tumbling)! No ick or anything visible to the naked eye, had a person who is into servicing aquarium for sometime now and he has np idea what is causing them to die. Its only a fish only tank, I have been using Praziquantel treatments for the last 3 weeks but that has been a few weeks ago due to Fluke. any Idea would be greatly appreciate I'm at my end with this. The tank is 600 gallons.

Seems normal weird I haven’t placed a new fish in the tank in 5 months or longer. Had to do several prazi doses for fluke and I did 3 water changes. They all eat and are fat. Any advice would help

it appears to be had several die on me in last two week if it is what is the cause, once they start swimming upside down they down shortly after

What are your water parameters? Have you added anything to the tank recently? Dosing/Livestock.

When you were doing the praiz treatments, did you use Prazipro? If so, did you add some O2 while treating?

used praziquantel powder dissolved with Voka jut lost another on today thinking of using CP treatment have no idea what I fighting

Prazipro will lower oxygen level in tank too. Needs good water movement. Top water movement will help

Were the fish swimming tail up head down?

When I'm seeing fish dying for unknown reasons, treating them with an antimicrobial like Furan2 can often solve the problem.
