Please help with injured / sick fish.

Ive had a Razor Wrasse for about 2 years. Got along with everyone... enough. Some nipping.
Anyway, he is actually most agressive in tank but there is a medium sized blue tang as well.

His eye is really bad suddenly. White but happened within a day or two. Very large protrusion, he seems defensive and not well. Is this battle damage or a parasite I should remove by removing him.

Strangest and smartest fish ive had. Really a character but wicked quick and smart.

Any thoughts appreciated and as always apologies for the quality of pic. Can we do short videos here?

I wonder if the blue tang has decided to become the boss of this tank? When my fish fought eyes and fins got nipped until order was established. As the fish grew sometimes new aggression would appear as the up and coming bosses fought for dominance. That eye looks like it got scratched. If it doesn't get heckled more it can heal. If there is still fighing going on that fish could be in grave danger?
