Please help with lights

I have had my 2 IA Prime 16 HD lights for about 6 months. Though my reef is beautiful, I feel like my lights are not conducive to good growth. I dose the 40 gallon tall tank every other day. I feed the corals twice a week and all my labs are on point. Please take a look at my light configuration. Any tips would be great. At the peak my whites is at 60%. The guy at the lfs said that’s to high. I have mostly softies. I have a monti that’s doing great. Any help would be great.

Been using this for months. 65g 3' tank with 2 primes, then 3 primes. Then so on my 15g nano. I definitely have my levels WAY higher than you do.

Do you have access to a par meter?

I see reaching softies which means they need more light.
