Im not sure if that thing is moving or not. I have it in a bowl with saltwater...
Its like balling up, im not sure tho..

This is what it did now! Im almost positive that thing is alive, im scared to put it back in the tank!!!
Ill take some pics of the nem and his foot and post it also..
Please help!

what else is in the tank? is there anything that would attack it? Is the nem moving around in the tank or staying put like it should? if its moving around its possible its getting caught in a power head. also if its moving it probably doesnt like the lighting or flow where it was or something else.

I'm no expert but isn't it a little weird for a LTA not to be in the sand?

I'm co-signing on the "too much flow" theory until we get more info.

How long has he been in the tank?

He has never been in the sand, he is not near a powerhead. Had him over 3 months, the only move he has made was from the rock to the glass . He has always been happy.

Just never heard of one being happy unless in the sand.....anyone else confirm or deny? (How are we gauging anemone happiness again? ;) )

Any clowns hosting it? Sometimes they can become to aggressive and kill it maybe even tear off a tentacle.

What food are you feeding it and how often?
