I have a 27g cube that's been running for three months. I have 2 Clowns, 1 Gramma Basslet, 1 Tail Spot Blenny, and 1 Fire Fish. I haven't had a single issue until yesterday. All parameters are in check. This is my situation and I'm getting extremely worried about it; Saturday I picked up a good amount of corals (zoa's, sps, hammer, torch, frogspawn) then I went home to rearrange my tank to make room for the new corals and put them in. I put the Green and Purple Hammers next to each other on the sand bed, the Torch on a rock and the Frogspawn on another rock. Late that night, after lights out, I was flashing my light inside and I noticed the Gramma was on the sand bed almost like on his side and the Blenny was on a rock. I would never see these two at night because they always sleep in their caves under the rocks, so this is obviously abnormal behavior. The Blenny had white bands throughout his body and his head was white (I read this is due to stress). In the morning, the white bands and white stuff on his head was gone and both him and the Blenny were swimming around and eating like normal. I got home tonight and I see the same abnormal behavior and the blenny had the white bands again, so now I'm beyond worried since I have no clue what's causing it or how to fix it. Ever since I put the new corals in, they have been acting like this. The clowns and fire fish are perfectly fine and acting normal. Is the hammer, frogspawn, or torch stinging them? I really have no idea what it can be.....please help.
