I have no idea what this on my powder brown is? Does anyone have any idea?

It's the thing right above the fin. The white bump and dark circle around it

I'd wait & see if it gets worse, or just goes away in a few days. Soaking his food with fish vitamins (Selcon, Zoecon, Vita-chem, etc.) will probably help.

I agree, perhaps a sting, but perhaps an infection or both.
