Bought these rocks 2 weeks ago. I notice that I am getting a lot of these all over the rock. Dan from gulf live rock said it's not aiptasia because that doesn't not grow in the gulf. I just want to know if I should removed them? I am planning a seahorse tank only. Thanks in advance.

Would certainly clarify the statement "gulf live rock said it's not aiptasia because that doesn't not grow in the gulf". I do not believe that to be an accurate statement as you can see from the link below

Not my image, but you can see the similarities, tentacle size and shape is always variable among anemones under different conditions.

I inclined to think the anemones in your current tank are pest anemones/glass anemones/aiptasia, but I can not say with all certainty. Could be Majano type, also a pest anemone.
Since there are so many I would use Peppermint Shrimp for a moderate infestation.

Know what? That looks like an undercolored, malformed BTA, kinda. The tips look a little round for an aiptasia.
