just came home to find my wrasse stuck in palys. They were in the corner of the tank. Had started growing to the glass. I guess he tried to swim thro there and got stung. I had to move the rock to free him. He looks terrible. He is my favorite fish. Please help. I don't know what to do for him. Here's pictures of him and the palys

If I may suggest vitamin therapy for the stings and over all health. I would also suggest fining something Like this link. bind this with sachem focus and feed with frozen.

Ok thank u
Your welcome, since the wounds are superficial I am not suggesting any meds, the b12 will help with energy and the vitamin C will help with stress and healing of the wounds. The rest of the tank will love it too;)

Yes, the vitamin will be ingested by the fish. If your in need of product you can hit the vitamin specialty store and pick up some powdered C and liquid B-12 instead of waiting 3 to 5 days. use a 1/4 teaspoon of the C and 4 drops of the b-12.

Not wanting to disagree my friend, I've just never heard of paly poison in a fish. I have those palys. And yea. I could be totally wrong.

not at all, just treating the stings and general stress.:)

I think he looks a lot better. His color is a lot better. But I still need to figure out why this happened. Is it because of the palys? Should I move them to a different tank? Is there something in my tank that I don't know about? Is another fish terrorizing him after I go to bed? I just don't know what to do

If the paly's were in that location long enough to grow onto the glass then I'm suspicious about the fish being chased too. I know this is generalizing, but wrasses aren't known for being klutzy around rockwork.

Lights r out now. I can't find him. I know where a lot of my fish sleep but I'm not sure about him. So scared I'm going to wake up and find him dead [emoji20][emoji20][emoji20][emoji20]

Burrowing sand sleeper I believe. I'm pulling for ya.
Happy thoughts.
