How long has it been doing that? If it's only been a short time it could just be a response to being bothered by a fish or invert, however if it's been several hours or more you should start looking into your water parameters

It's been for about a day now and I check my parameters today and everything is perfect

Are you spot feeding?

I would wait for a few days. I've had gonioporas close up for a week then come good. Just check the smell method-if it smells bad I'd take it out. Xenias are pretty tough

Those tiny tube things all over the rock in the second picture. What are those?

I feed my corals reef roids weekly, day before water change. Not an expert but seems to work well
Also keep my calcium and kh up too

They are vermetid snails. There seems to be a major infestation in the tank. They could be irritating them and that may be why they look like that

Have you noticed anything coming out of the vermetids when you are feeding the tank? They could all be dead and then they do not bother, but if they live, I would start to crack and break them, since they can annoy corals pretty good.

What is your I levels? Xenias need to have good I levels to flourish.
