My clownfish is suffering from brook and flukes, is not eating for 6 days, even after dosing multiple foods with and without garlic. Metroplex and focus has been ordered but will take 3 more days to arrive.
I dosed the tank with prazipro, 3 days ago and the fish's fins opened up , and was testing for ammonia, nitrate, nitrite regularly and siphoning food and fish poop regularly. And alternatively treating the clown in paraguard in separate container 1gallon 3ml bath. Did once and left it to recuperate for today. But the ammonia in my qt rose suddenly its 0.2ppm atm, and the fish already weak with no food, has developed ammonia burns i believe, with its stomach and gill turning red. I dont have fresh water at hand atm, can i dose the qt with prime? The tank is already dosed with prazipro.
Will it be safe? Please help ASAP

It's not recommended to dose prime with any medications. Do you have an LFS that sells saltwater premade? Or maybe you can get ahold of some RO or Distilled water?

No marine business is not thriving in India, almost all lfs dont deal with marine. Can i dose with stability then? I have to save this life its 1:30am here and i just dont know if ill see this poor thing alive next morning. Its swimming though but at the bottom, is lethargic, prazipro showed signs of improvement physically, but this fish is not eating at all since the day it has arrived. Dont know how to treat any internal parasite it is having.
Plus this new outbreak, of it getting red, just dont know what to do.

You can certainly use stability that won't hurt anything. You can attempt the Prime since it seems you have no other real choice in this case.

What kind of filtration (if any) do you have in the tank you are treating? Can you get your hands on Biospiro at a chain like petco or petsmart? Soak a sponge in this for a bit and then put it in your filter, it should help with ammonia issues.

Its 4am tried saving the fish but it lost its equilibrium and died eventually, the fish was suffering fin rot and internal bacterial infection. Prazipro did help in eradicating the external parasites. But the fish refused to eat from the very beginning it arrived, so i knew it had internal parasite, ordered kanaplex, metroplex and focus but these meds are yet to arrive.
I have firefish and another clownfish in my qt doing fantastically well, and will do a large water change tomorrow and dose another round of prazi, just in case that unwell fish left some bacteria or anything in tank.
Thanks you all for your inputs.

Dosing prazi will not take care of bacteria lingering in the tank. Wait to dose prazipro again until 5-7 days after the first dose. That is to kill any newly hatched flukes before they can lay eggs of their own.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss, Utkarsh.

The clownfish you lost may have helped another, down the road ... Metroplex, dosed directly into the water, can help against Brooklynella as well as internal parasites.

So that bacteria is lingering in my water? If yes please let me know how to tackle this, dont want to lose another fish to bacterial infection.

Yeah i have ordered mine, will come by 18th. Can i use metro, kana and focus together? And can i dose this mixture of meds in garlic if food is refused, just to make it more pallatable.

There are all kinds of bacteria lingering in the water. It's up to the fish's immune system to fight it off. Similar to yourself and the bacteria you come into contact with every day. Not all of them make you sick, though they could, but your immune system handles most of it without you even knowing.

The kanaplex should be dosed in the water since it is for bacterial infections. the metroplex + focus should be fed if being used to treat intestinal worms.
