Please help!

Three days ago yellow tang started breathing heavy, not eating and scratching a little bit. He was being bullied so I separated him in his own little box within the qt.
I started him on cupramine but now he is doing the death twirl.
Have had him in qt for about a month. They started off looking great.
Params are
Temp 78
Ammonia - 0
Salt 1.026
The other two fish in the qt are looking good. Any idea how I can save this fish?

Has he been in therapeutic Cupramine for a full month? If so, remove it from the water or transfer him into a non-medicated observation tank. Some fish can't take more than a month in copper.

When did you start Cupramine? What test kit are you using? Did you slowly increase copper to therapeutic levels?

This guy sounds to be in high distress and may not make it especially if affected by copper.
