Please help!

I have 2 clownfish, about 12 years old and one of them recently got a sore on its side. What should I do? What is it? Please help

It’s hard to tell from the pictures. How long has this been on the clown? It either looks like a bacterial infection or velvet.

Looks like an injury. If it worsens get ready to put in qt and treat with the trifecta.
