Getting lazier and lazier with upkeep!
Cyano... nutrients are out of equilibrium. Time to do some water changes regularly, monitor your no3/po4 nutrients, and maybe turn up the flow toward those rocks. But initially, siphon out as much as you can.
Some use ChemiClean for this, but if you don't fix the original cause, then it will return.
