Please Help!

My yellow tang has been acting different the last 2 days. It has been hiding behind rock, swimming in circles, not eating, and has white areas on its body.

Does the fish flash/scrape itself on rocks?

Please elaborate more on what the white areas on the body look like. Is it as if the fish has been dusted with flour? Or does it have larger, coarse salt-like specks on it? Or are the white spots more like a film on the fish?

Looks like you have an electrical leak, check with a multimeter
