it looks like velvet from the looks of that websiteGet everything into hospital tank. display goes fallow.
all fish infected, swimming normally, and eating like crazyHumblefish is gone.
It does look like ich or velvet. How is the fish behaving? Swimming into a powerhead, trouble breathing, etc? Any other fishes affected?
The treatment would be similar for both ailments.

That makes me think ich. I probably would remove all fish and medicate with copper, but you have some decisions to make.been the same situation for two days now

water is made with an RO system and Fritz Pro salt, diet is mysis twice / day with pellets as well.Looks like either lymphocystis or flukes . To eliminate fluke possibility, Give the fish a freshwater dip using freshwater and at the same temperature as the tank temperature. Add a pinch of baking soda for PH. Do this for 4-5 mins or until fish is getting very annoyed (whichever comes first). Return fish to tank.
Look on bottom of that container and see if you can spot what looks like sesame seeds or fish scales. if so- Those are flukes.
If not- lympho is viral and caused generally by poor water quality and/or diet. Lympho will fall off within a few short weeks IF you provide good water and diet.
That is most likely Cryptocaryon, ich. If it were Amyloodinium, velvet, you would also see really rapid breathing and the fish would be hovering in the water flow. If you aren't seeing that and if the fish is still feeding, it is assuredly ich.here it is under whites

The best/only treatment is to move all fish to a treatment tank with no invertebrates and dose with copper with a good test kit. I like Copper Safe, but other people use Copper Power or Cupramine. You need to move pretty quickly on this because copper can take up to three days to start to work, meanwhile the disease will get worse.
