Alk is not the issue here nor is pH. The problem likely is having 0 nitrate and possible 0 phosphate. That level of alk is fine as long as the OP ups the feeding

I agree 0 nitrates is a problem if test is accurate.
 
The only thing I see the PH go all the way up is using evs b-ionic dosing

PH goes down at night and back up when the lights are on due to photosynthesis. Your PH is fine at 8 or 8.20 and even at 7.9 at night.

If you raise Alk and keep on going up and down chasing PH, all of your corals will die. If you try to raise PH normally, then no harm as long as you aren't dosing the tank.

With your calcium being that low, you need to research Kalkwasser. A very slow, steady drop will increase your PH as it removes CO2 from the water, but it will also increase Alk and Calcium. You have to be very careful and take it slow.
