Please I.D. this macroalgae

I recently picked this macroalgae from my lfs. It's really bugging me that nobody can I.D. this plant.. It's hard, and you can snap it like a piece of candy.

Hard as in calcified or stiff like a vegetable?

Looks like a Nemastoma.

Looks like a Nemastoma.

I always thought Nemastoma has a jelly like body. That enables Nemastoma to Sway in the wave motion. The algae in the picture is stiff.
