Tank is about 2 months old and have some brown sand with small bubbles in parts of them.

Looks like diatoms. Usually means the start of the "ugly phase" in reef tanks. It will go away on its own, and is a sign your tank is maturing properly. However, you could get some CUC in there to start eating some of it up.

That’s what I was expecting and I appreciate the input.
