Look like Cerith snail eggs to me...

Could be, but if I'm not mistaken, astrea & nassarius snails lay eggs in a similar fashion. Neriths are the only ones that I know are different, looking more like little sesame seeds on rockwork.

i dont think photo is clear enough to make a valid assumption.
it looks like a tube worm to me but i think it needs a better photo

Astreas are "broadcast" type spawners . I have seen them do it in my tank. It looks like the pictures of the corals spawning on the reef. It's really neat. It could be nassarius I've never seen any of those. And you are correct about the Nerite they look just like big sesame seeds on the rocks.
