hydroids
most are benign, some are harmful…

usually they will go away on their own.
but there are some persistent species that linger

Thank you appreciate it. So I should just leave them alone?

i really do not know of a method to remove them…
i’ve heard foxfaces sometimes will eat them,
but that’s a real crapshoot.

so yeah, leave them be

I'm not really seeing hydroids Maybe overlooking the elephant in the room though...trying to see a base somewhere.

Well, THAT'S definitely hydroids. Impressive collection. You might want to scrub those off with a toothbrush (outside the tank), or that snail is going to sting everything it brushes against.
