Please id my blenny issue

My blenny as you can see has developed this big white patch on the top of his head in the last 24 hours. Any idea what it could be?

Could you get a pic under white lights?
It could be from an injury or a bacterial infection (or both).
Is the fish acting off at all?

As these guys peck and pound on rocks, looks like an injury that has developed a bacterial infection. Tail spots are forgiving but need to be treated very soon in a quarantine setting with seachem Kanaplex for 5-7 days. Increase aeration with air stone during treatment.

I can't change the lights. Red sea led50,crappie light,not quick to change.

He is acting normal. He has been a bit skinny for the last 6 weeks. Need to try and fatten him up. He eats just fine though. I thought it was a bacterial thing. Just thought it seems rather large is all. I feed garlic mysis as well as prime flake. So hopefully it will go away on it's own.
