Cloves are very fluffy when healthy and daisies are not. Here are my clove (green centers and red tips) And here are some daisies (off Google cause my tank lights are already out)

I do not think they are clove polyps unless there are smooth polyp variations. They do look a bit like daisy polyps but not 100% sure.
