Please ID these things in my sump

I was measuring my sump for a new reactor and noticed these things all over my sump. What are they and how do I get rid of them? They range in size from 3/4 of an inch to 1/10th. So far I haven't seen them in my display tank

Thanks for the quick reply. Was getting nervous there for a second. Is there anything that feeds on them? In case they make their way into the display tank?

I think wrasses might feed on them. Don't quote me on this.

I had a lot of these in my tank. Some are rather big holding the rocks together. I thought they were some kind of worms...

total sponges good thing man don't scrape or kill them cause then they will break down and not be good
