Please ID this algae

Not sure what this type of algae this is and what can eat it or how to remove? It doesn't look like hair algae as its singular strands spread out.

It’s bryopsis. One of the tougher algae’s to deal with. The success of getting rid of it is to remove the roots with either a dental pick or small crochet needle and pull off by hand
After you’re done, astrea and nerite snails may eat any remnants

Geez, it is hard to get it out by hand and theres way too many to get out with a small pick.

I did a bit of reading and fluconazole is apparently a treatment, I'm a bit cautious, borderline hesitant when it comes to using chemicals. Thoughts and cons of using would be highly appreciated.

I too am not into chemical treatment why I recommend what I did - start with pulling by hand and then removing roots
