The anemone the OP ask about is a E. quadricolor, AKA Bubble tipped anemone. I am 100% that this is the correct ID.

The coloration of the column (one uniform color), the lack of verrucae, the shape of the tentacles (some show the characteristic of bubble right behind the tip clearly seen in second picture), the white striated around the mouth (in second picture). the characteristic position (stay on rock, hidden foot in a crevice and reach out toward the light).

All anemones appreciate a little feeding, but not always need to be fed. Anemones are almost all water, so their biomass is a lot smaller than their apparent size. New anemone keepers often over feed their anemones so be careful. I would not feed pieces of food bigger than pencil eraser size, up to 2 or 3 every 2-3 days at most. He will grow very fast if you feed him this much. Make sure the food you feed him are not smelly (smelly seafood are spoiled seafood and can kill your anemone).

Ok I feed him raw prawns. I just find it weird how he refuses to fully open up unless I feed him

It does look a tiny bit on the bleached side, but nothing major.

What size tank?
What lights do you have?
