Look up blue chalice and compare. Not sure, just a guess

Reminds me of the LRO Minions chalice minus the green/yellow eyes.

It has a softer texture than a chalice. Another source suggest that it's merulina coral. I can't quite fit it though.

Hydnophora most likely microconos, 100% you can just barely make out the hydnophores that make the genus so distinctive.
