I got this as an add on in a trade, but I do not know what it is to care for it properly. Thank you.

Anyone?
This is all I have at this point and I don't think it is super photsynthetic.

A scleronepthea or a dendronepthea. Those are both non-photosynthetic and will not like the light. They also do not survive long in captivity without special set up and care.

Being greenish, could be just nepthea that is photosynthetic.

Yes, it was in a high steady flow area, but now I have placed it a more random flow lower light. I will see how it looks when I get home. It has been in the tank for 2-3 weeks

Nephthea will not open very much if it's being blasted with flow. They can handle all sorts of light, but high flow keeps them retracted.
