Yes.

I have been using Red Sea mature kit to start the tank, it has live rock, (40 Lbs) 40 Lbs of sand
45 gal JBJ AIO have matrix, marine pure as well as purigen running in the baskets. Had been cycling since begining of March
Water parameters are:
