I’ve had this 33 gal tank set up for about a year and a half. Recently I battled cyano and used Chemiclean. Idk if the cyano is relevant but I found this on the rock. This is the biggest and is softer than a grape. There are smaller ones nearby

Looks like a type of macro algae.

There was also some hitchhiker calerpa on another rock which I threw in my algae scrubber
