Please help me identify what is growing on my rocks

it look like some polyps, can't figure out which SP
 
Yeah it’s clove polyps what are the black things growing below it ?

Really cant see it clearly, it look like some polyps again, but isn't, and it look like it disturb the clove polyps there, can hydroids of some sort.., or..., is it opening like GSP ? Or just star polyps (isn't necessarily to be green always) But can't see the connection structure between them if they are that type or polyps.

Have you touched them? Are they hard or soft? Do they move?
 
Going with a type of clove polyp. When I zoom in can count 8 arms on some of the little guys which would sync up with clavularia.
 
If possible can you use a piece of airline tubing and siphon a couple out into a container? A more close up pic of those black spots would help.
