I could not perform the water change for my treatment tank due to my work schedule. I noticed my queen angel has something on her body. I have no idea what it is, but I just performed 100% water change and put kanamycin. Then next day the symptom was gone.
Picture is below. Do you know what it is?

Kanamycin would not have worked that quickly, so whatever that is, it dropped off on its own. So the angel is in a QT - any other fish in with it? Have you done any other treatments? What has your ammonia level been running (side issue, not related to the lesions).

She was in QT for marine ichy treatment. I did not transfer her in the display tank for 2weeks after 1month treatment. She recovered from marine ichy, and she looks ready to be in main display tank.
ammonia level is ok based on seachem ammonia alert.

Looks lije something viral. Keep an eye on it as it may return. For something to drop off overnight seems miraculous in this hobby
