Yesterday I got home after the lights were off for few hours already when I spot these little white things and I’m looking to see if anyone can ID. I know I have to get better photo with the lights on

I think you might be right on chiton. I’ll try to poke them to see if is soft or hard shell

Easy way to tell if it's a chiton or a pod is to check the underside - pods have legs while chitons have a snail-like foot. Pods also generally have visible antennae on their heads while chitons don't.
