Any ideas to what these two none related things are

The top pic definitely looks like eggs of some sort, maybe snail eggs. The bottom, maybe a limpet or stomatella snail.

I think that second one might be an Isopod of some sort.

As far as those eggs go, what kind of snails do you currently have in your tank? Has anything hitchhiked it's way in?

Second picture almost looks like a chiton? Maybe....
