Please ID. What is this and does it eat SPS or LPS? Is it something I should worry?

Looks Like a zoa spider found one this morning when I redipped my zoas they are bad guys.

I do not think my video is a spider. I am leading toward Marine Mites. I havent seen them before. They are very small. smaller than pods.
Buddy have them in his tank.

That is what I was also thinking when I answered but didn't edit my reply. pictures and video can be deceiving with size for me at least.
