Anyone can tell me what this is? I have them in my sump near an on my skimmer now it’s on my scraper

looks like sponge, wouldn't be concerned about it.
on a side note I would generally suggest to keep the scraper out of the tank when not in use to make sure that the blades performance doesn't get affected or it somehow rusting (which happened with my flipper).
