It looks like an aiptasia. There will be more most likely. It's only a matter of time until you get them when adding coral or sometimes even on a snail shell. Don't freak out. It's no big deal really.

Also have these little guys crawling all over my refugium.
 
First pic is an aiptasia, bad guy, kill it with some kalk paste or something. Second pic is blurry but looks like an amphipod, good guy, keeps your tank clean and your fish will enjoy eating them!

Gently nudged it from the glass and sucked it up a feeding syringe
 
I'd throw the syringe away or at least bleach it. Good job!!!
