Please identify what is growing on my rocks!

So first I have a sponge growing on rock. But what sponge is it and how can I remove it?

Second I also have these also growing on my rocks what are they and should they be removed?

Those tubes are vermetid snails and undesired. Break the tubes off at the base with a needle nose pliers or similar. Make sure ALL is removed.
As for sponge, best removal is to either expose to air at least 5 mins OR inject with air or vinegar via syringe

Oh boy! I have a 155 gallon and all my rocks look like spikes
